Best Carbide expands its QC technology with the Zoller Genius III Measuring Machine

In order to support the QC needs of our latest HSC, HPC and HFC tools, Best Carbide purchased the Zoller Genius III Measuring Machine. This machine represents the very latest in high precision measuring technology, utilizing 2D and 3D operations with its 5 axes design. The machine is especially suitable for radius, contour, rake, helical angle, land width and concentricity measuring operations and allows complete tool certification. Best Carbide’s high performance end mills feature h5, h6 and h8 cutting diameter tolerances and a radius tolerance of +/- 0.004 mm. The Zoller Genius III measuring machine goes online on September 1, 2007.
